Support the Head Chef for service by managing the cold larder station of the kitchen. Cook with independence and choose specialty produce for seasonal dishes.

Kitchen Assistant
A dedicated kitchen assistant to clean workspaces and support the chef during service.
Daily tasks include set-up and pack down, cleaning as per agreed procedures and keeping the kitchen tidy and sanitised.
